Gardening

Gardening allows young people to understand, in fact, the interrelationship of natural phenomena. The situation allows him to acquire the experience through practical activities. The work and observation, carried out over a few years, transform the interaction of the forces of nature into experience. From ordinary work in the school garden results a basis for judgment and responsibility itself. Starting with puberty, the task and pedagogical support function of gardening becomes clear. Activity in contact with nature has a special meaning. The educator becomes the source of information about nature's processes and interactions.

Daily Life and Practical Life

Activities of daily and practical life are personal tasks and skills relevant to the students' daily life, being considered self-care, such as; brushing teeth, combing hair, dressing, putting on and tying shoes, eating, drinking water, using the toilet, washing dishes, washing clothes, making the bed, sweeping, using the telephone, sitting at the table, moving from one place to another, preparing small meals (salads, juices, breads, cakes, among others that respect each one's capacity), vegetable garden (sowing, planting and harvesting), digital inclusion (basic computing).
